1. Performance and Purpose

This product is a non-ionic, epoxy-modified methyl phenyl silicone emulsion, widely used in heat-resistant industrial coatings. It has the poverties of  excellent high temperature resistance and salt fog resistance, The varnish heat-resistant can reach up to 300℃, colored paint can reaches up to 500℃, and  has good compatibility with organic resin, can be combined with water-based curing agents to achieve better room temperature self-dry; And can be unlimited water dilution, in line with the requirements of environmental regulations;

3. Recommend Applications

The high temperature Self-Drying coating resin Wide range of industrial heat resistant paint applications, especially for the salt fog resistance requirements of the industry, such as ship,steam pipe, etc.

4. Packaging and Storage

Generally 200kg, 50kg plastic drum packaging; In 5~36℃ sealed storage, in cool and dry environment, quality protection period generally is for 12 months from the date of production;

5. Construction Reference

1. It is recommended to prepare water-based resin-free color paste and use it together with resin emulsion; When mixed with compound organic resins (such as waterborne polyamide curing agent), it is necessary to screen their compatibility, especially in the application of varnish; resin emulsion has good room temperature self-drying, can give the workpiece early protective and transportable performance;But if you want to have more excellent heat resistance and physical and mechanical properties, recommendation 200-280℃ under the condition of 15 to 60 min fully cured, optimization of 250℃ for 30 min or 280℃ for 15 min.
