1. Performance and Use

This product is a non-ionic methyl phenyl silicone resin emulsion. It is widely used in heat resistant industrial coatings. It has excellent high temperature resistance and excellent film forming and air drying properties. It can be used alone or as a heat shield.The varnish can reach 350 ℃ and the color varnish can reach 650~700 ℃. It can be infinitely diluted by water, which meets the requirements of environmental protection laws and regulations, and has very good compatibility with organic resins. It can be compounded with organic resins (such as acrylic acid, polyester, epoxy, etc.) to be used, to achieve decorative properties of organic resins and silicone resin heat resistance and both have thew effect.

3. Recommended applications

1. Wide range of industrial heat-resistant applications, such as boilers, heat source pipes, electric heaters and burning furnaces;
2. Widely used in ovens, ovens and other heat-resistant cooker equipment.

4. Packaging, Storage and Transportation

Generally, it is packed in 200 kg and 50 kg plastic drums, sealed and stored in a cool and dry environment at 5-36 C, with a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production.

5. Construction Reference

Adding excellent heat resistance and physical and mechanical properties, it is suggested that the curing temperature be 200-280 ℃ 15-60 min and 250 ℃ 30 min or 280 ℃ 15 min.
